Dr. Gholam Mujtaba, Central Vice President of the APML presided at the "Youth Conference" in his presidential speech in Lahore. Students of the Universities of Punjab from all over the province as far as Shakargarh participated. The Johar Convention Center was overcrowded. Mr. Ahmed Raza Qasuri, Senior Vice President of the APML was the guest of honor at this conference. Major Hashim Siddiqui, Agha Ali Moosavi, Raja Shahid, Mr. Shamsi, Mr. Waris, Mr. Umair, Ms. Arfa and other leaders of the APML participated as well. The Johar Convention Center was overcrowded.

Professor Dr Gholam Mujtaba is addressing the YOUTH OF PUNJAB at "Johar Event Center", Johar Town, Lahore on 15th January at 11 A.M. The University students of Punjab would listen to the fiery and extempore speech of one of the great orators of Pakistan on "contemporary challenges to the youth of Pakistan". The rallies are expected to be over 100,000 Momineen in support of "Ittehad e Bainul Muslimeen" to be led by Dr. Gholam Mujtaba in Lahore.

December 2nd 2011: Nawaiwaqt Reports, Vice President of APML, Dr. Gholam Mujtaba met the ranking Member of the Intelligence & Counter-Terrorism Committee of the United States Congress, Sheilla Jackson Lee (D-Texas) at the Capitol in Washington DC and discussed matters of mutual interest in reference to the Pakistan-United States relationship. Congresswoman Jackson Lee is the chair of the Congressional Pakistan caucus and has contributed to the U.S.-Pakistan relationship. Dr. Mujtaba proposed to diffuse factors that contributed to mistrust between the two governments. Dr. Mujtaba will propose a plan to be reviewed by her office to put a strategy in action to restore the confidence of both the nations. Such a strategy will take all the political forces of Pakistan on board to serve a larger regional interest.

The APML leadership discussed that while PPP is in power fair elections seem impossible, saying it will be bogus votes if current PPP leadership remains. Sardar Mustafa Khaskheli along with his thousands of Rajwani community announced joining APML.
